No more worry about enzymes losing activity! No more waste from pipetting errors! These enzymes are freeze-dried in reaction buffer in individual reaction tubes and are stored at room temperature. Each tube contains sufficient activity to digest 1.5 µg DNA in 20 minutes. Simply add DNA to the enzyme tube and incubate at 37° C for 20 minutes or at room temperature overnight. Packaged in sets of 16 reaction tubes.
